Alexa works during the day in the corporate world of finance as a project manager but likes being creative by shooting photos on the weekends. She lives in South Carolina with her boyfriend and two golden retriever puppies, Ash and Penelope. Alexa loves to photograph them and take on photography excursions.
Right now, she mainly works with clients and goes around taking photos of whatever inspires her. She wants to start working as a photographer more than a side gig. She is a little apprehensive about the process and feels secure in her corporate job although she doesn't love it. Alexa is an avid pinterester and loves finding lots of interesting art and color schemes on the application.

I love personas that blend personal and professional, and yours does that really well! I also love that I have a good idea of this person from a super brief description—long "about me" pieces can just feel so self-glorifying and obnoxious (I'm talking about myself here, haha!)
ReplyDeleteI think I would lead with the professional bit and end with the personal details. If Alexa is using this to describe herself on the web, it might be better to give people the work-related stuff first, in case they're skimming and don't want to read the whole thing.
I would agree with Julianne, I like her idea of putting the professional end of the persona at the beginning to grab the readers attention a bit better.
